Teensy important bugfix (Ver 1.1)

1.1 Update

• Fixed (I hope) launch action's physics varying wildly depening on framerate, and would in some situations, make it not work at all.

I did the thing I seem to do a lot, again. I messed up a jumping mechanic.

It's really weird how many times I've thought I solved this exact problem only for it to be utterly and embarrasingly broken.

Anyway, I've had a long sleep now. Gonna go walk my cats and then start playing the other submissions!
